A Classical Education that Arms Young Minds to Think Independently About Complex Ideas. Castlewood Classical Academy provides a trivium inspired education in the arts and sciences, with a focus on imparting timeless principles of moral character and virtue in an academic environment that is firmly grounded within our nation's tradition of ordered liberty.

Meet Our Dedicated Staff
At Castlewood Classical Academy, we believe that education is a collaborative journey—one that flourishes best when families and educators work closely together in shared purpose. Our dedicated team of teachers and administrators brings a wealth of experience in classical education, homeschooling, and specialized instruction, united by a commitment to nurturing both the intellect and character of each student.
Rooted in the principles of truth, beauty, and virtue, our staff strives to create an environment where rigorous academic study is paired with moral formation and personal growth. We understand that every child’s learning journey is unique, and we partner intentionally with parents to support their role as the primary educators and shepherds of their children’s hearts and minds.
From early childhood through middle school, our educators seek to inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and a lifelong love of learning, all within a community grounded in faith and respect. Together with families, we endeavor to prepare young minds not only to master complex ideas but to think independently, act wisely, and live with integrity in a changing world.
We are honored to walk alongside each family at Castlewood Classical Academy and look forward to cultivating a vibrant, nurturing educational experience for every student entrusted to our care.
We are thrilled to announce that our main campus for K-5th will be located at Eternal Rock Lutheran and our Middle School (6th-8th) will be located at Cornerstone Presbyterian!

Two Day Academic Hybrid
Castlewood Classical Academy’s two-day hybrid program blends homeschooling with the structure of a classical classroom. The morning session is publicly funded and rooted in classical academics, while the afternoon is privately funded and faith-based, continuing the same classical approach. Students receive instruction in math, language arts, history, science, and Bible, supported by teacher-guided pacing and lesson plans for home days. This model nurtures character, critical thinking, and a lifelong love of learning through a strong partnership between teachers and parents.
For those interested in a full day of learning, families can opt into the afternoon session for an annual fee of $2,000 for the '26/'27 school year.

Students in the one day enrichment program explore a variety of subjects over three years
Castlewood Classical Academy’s one-day enrichment program runs on a three-year rotation: ENGAGE, INSPIRE, and CREATE. For the 2026–2027 school year, students will experience INSPIRE—an outdoor-based program designed to foster self-reliance, stewardship, and a love for hands-on learning.
Through classes in gardening and agriculture, hunter safety, geology, bushcraft, and foraging, students in grades K–10 will explore the beauty and wonder of the natural world while developing practical life skills and confidence in the outdoors. The day concludes with an optional Biblical Worldview class for families who wish to extend their child’s learning from a faith-based perspective.
